Content & Assurance
Controlled Content. Clear Technical Governance.
COOPRO develops structured project knowledge through a defined process of scoping, source review, technical development, subject-matter review, QA/QC and controlled release.
The objective is to provide clear, consistent and technically grounded content for the selected industry and discipline.

Our Approach
More Than Information on a Screen
COOPRO content is not created by simply transferring large amounts of project information onto a touchscreen. Each content route is structured around a defined industry, discipline, intended audience and practical project requirement.
Technical information is organised into clear visual modules designed to make relevant project knowledge easier to navigate, understand and revisit within the working environment.
- 01
Defined scope
- 02
Traceable source information
- 03
Appropriate technical review
- 04
Controlled release and revision
The Development Process
From Defined Scope to Approved Release
- 01
Scope Definition
COOPRO confirms the selected industry, discipline, intended audience, content boundaries and expected purpose of the HUB route or module.
- 02
Source Collection
Relevant source material is identified and assembled. This can include recognised standards, manufacturer technical information, approved drawings, specifications, client documentation and established industry guidance.
- 03
Content Structure
The information is organised into a clear module structure covering the systems, materials, installation considerations, controls, quality requirements and key knowledge relevant to the agreed scope.
- 04
Content Development
COOPRO develops the visual and written content using consistent terminology, layouts, navigation and presentation standards suitable for the touchscreen environment.
- 05
Technical and SME Review
Content is reviewed by a suitably experienced technical reviewer or subject-matter expert for the relevant scope. Additional specialist or client review is included where project-specific knowledge requires it.
- 06
QA/QC Review
The complete route is checked for technical consistency, source alignment, terminology, visual accuracy, navigation, readability and correct operation on the HUB.
- 07
Approved Release
Content is released to the HUB only after the required review actions have been resolved and the defined release approval has been recorded.
Scope → Source → Structure → Develop → Technical Review → QA/QC → Release
Content Sources
Developed from Relevant Technical Information
The sources required depend on the selected content route. COOPRO identifies the appropriate source hierarchy during scoping and records the information used to support development and review.
- Relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Applicable international or recognised technical standards
- Manufacturer technical information
- Approved specifications and drawings
- Client or project requirements
- Established industry guidance
- Technical input from suitably experienced subject-matter experts
Only information relevant to the agreed scope is included. Source material is interpreted and structured for the HUB; it is not presented as a replacement for the original controlled documentation.
Technical Governance
Defined Review at the Right Stage
COOPRO Content Development
COOPRO defines the content structure, develops the written and visual material, manages the touchscreen experience and records revisions and review actions.
Technical and SME Review
The nominated reviewer examines the technical content within their area of experience and identifies required corrections, clarifications or exclusions before release.
Client or Project Review
Where content includes client-supplied standards, project procedures or site-specific information, an authorised client representative must review and approve that information before it is released.
The required reviewers and approval route are agreed during scoping. COOPRO does not present internal review as regulatory certification, independent accreditation or approval by a standards organisation.
QA/QC
Checked for Content and Touchscreen Delivery
- Alignment with the confirmed scope
- Technical terminology and unit consistency
- Accuracy of diagrams, images and callouts
- Consistency between modules
- Source and revision traceability
- Completion of technical-review actions
- Completion of client-review actions where applicable
- Navigation and link operation
- Touchscreen readability
- Button and touch-target operation
- Image quality and legibility
- Correct content-route configuration
- Start-screen and inactivity-reset operation
- Final release-version confirmation
A module is not released solely because its visual design is complete. Required technical and QA/QC review actions must first be closed.
Content Lifecycle
Controlled Beyond the Initial Release
Released content is assigned a controlled version. Where relevant source information, standards or agreed project requirements change, COOPRO can assess the effect on the deployed content and prepare an updated release.
- 01
Change Identified
A relevant source, technical or agreed project change is identified.
- 02
Impact Assessed
COOPRO determines which routes, modules or screens may be affected.
- 03
Update Reviewed
The required amendment follows the applicable technical-review and QA/QC process.
- 04
Controlled Release
The approved version is issued to the relevant HUB deployment through the agreed update process.
A source change does not automatically result in an immediate content change. Its relevance and impact must first be reviewed.
Optional Content
The Same Controls Apply to Additional Content
Custom Modules
Project-specific modules require a confirmed scope, suitable source information and clearly assigned technical and client-review responsibilities. Client-supplied information must be approved for use before release.
Language Packs
Additional-language content follows a controlled translation and review process. Technical terminology, meaning and touchscreen layout must be checked before the translated version is released.
Custom modules and language packs are separately scoped and priced. Their availability and development time depend on the complexity of the requirement, source material and approval route.
Supporting Project Knowledge—Not Replacing Project Controls
COOPRO content supports project preparation and access to structured technical information. It does not replace statutory training, formal site induction, trade qualifications, competency assessment, employer authorisation, approved project documentation, method statements, risk assessments, manufacturer instructions or task-specific supervision.
Where any difference exists between HUB content and current approved project documentation, the current approved project documentation and authorised project instruction take precedence.
