How It Works

Clear, Direct and Self-Navigated

The Data Centre Electrical interface shown below demonstrates how personnel move from the COOPRO start screen into a selected discipline and then into structured technical content.

  1. COOPRO HUB branded start screen for Data Centre Electrical
    01

    Start

The user enters through the COOPRO Site-Ready HUB start screen.

  2. Data Centre Electrical module-selection screen on the COOPRO HUB
    02

    Select

The discipline-specific menu provides direct access to the available content modules.

  3. Completed Data Centre Electrical technical-content screen on the COOPRO HUB
    03

    Review

Each module presents structured visual information relevant to the selected system or subject.

After 120 seconds of inactivity, the HUB automatically returns to its start screen ready for the next user.

The screenshots shown are from the Data Centre Electrical route. Other available content routes use the same structured COOPRO navigation approach with discipline-specific content.

The Commercial Model

A Managed HUB Deployment

The COOPRO Site-Ready HUB is provided through an initial deployment and an ongoing monthly licence. The minimum licence term is 12 months per HUB.

  1. 01

    Requirement Confirmed

COOPRO confirms the project location, selected industry, discipline, HUB format and agreed content requirement.

  2. 02

    HUB Prepared

The hardware, operating environment, COOPRO interface and approved content are configured and checked before delivery.

  3. 03

    Delivered and Activated

The HUB is delivered to the agreed location and the monthly licence begins on delivery.

  4. 04

    Supported Throughout the Term

COOPRO provides the agreed remote support, diagnostics, content refresh and configuration support while the licence remains active.

The HUB hardware, software configuration, interface and content remain the property of COOPRO. The client receives the right to use the deployed HUB for the duration of the active agreement.

At the end of the agreed term, the deployment can be extended, reconfigured, relocated or removed by COOPRO as agreed with the client.

Ongoing Support

Supported and Managed by COOPRO

  • Remote technical support
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Phone and email support
  • Operating-system updates
  • Remote content refresh where required
  • Approved remote reconfiguration

Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, relocation by others and requirements outside the agreed deployment scope are not automatically included.

Optional Add-Ons

Extend the HUB Around an Agreed Requirement

Language Packs

Approved HUB content can be prepared in additional languages where the required translation, technical verification and QA/QC scope has been agreed.

Custom Modules

Additional project-specific modules can be developed from suitable technical information supplied or approved by the client. Scope, source material, technical review and approval requirements must be confirmed before development begins.

Additional HUB Deployments

Further HUBs can be deployed for additional disciplines, project locations or workforce-access areas under separately agreed configurations.

Optional add-ons are scoped and priced separately. Availability and delivery time depend on content complexity, source information and review requirements.

A Project-Knowledge Resource

The COOPRO Site-Ready HUB supports project preparation and access to structured technical information. It does not replace statutory training, formal site induction, trade qualifications, employer authorisation, competency assessment, approved project documentation or task-specific supervision.
