COOPRO Advisory

Identify readiness gaps before they affect project delivery

The COOPRO Readiness Review examines whether project teams have the information, preparation and clarity required to meet expected technical, installation and quality standards.

The Service

COOPRO Readiness Review

Complex projects can have extensive procedures, specifications and quality requirements, but this does not always mean the information is clearly understood or consistently applied across the workforce.

COOPRO provides a structured review of the gaps between project requirements and the preparation available to the people expected to deliver the work.

Our approach is informed by direct experience providing technical and quality support within active, high-compliance project environments.

What We Review

Five Areas of Project Readiness

Workforce Readiness

How personnel and contractors are prepared for the project environment, systems and expected work standards.

Technical Information

Whether relevant project requirements and technical information are clear, accessible and suitable for the intended workforce.

Installation Standards

How installation requirements, approved methods and expected standards are communicated and reinforced.

Quality and Handover

Understanding of inspection, testing, documentation, quality observations and handover expectations.

Knowledge Delivery

How essential project knowledge is introduced, maintained and made available throughout the project lifecycle.
